Winewagen Tours sprouted primarily from our love of The Grateful Dead. If The Grateful Dead community (Dead Heads) ever had a mascot vehicle it would most definitely be the Volkswagen Bus. Even 50 plus years later at Dead & Company shows, these iconic vehicles are still found a plenty throughout the parking lots. The genuine love and happiness that radiates out of this community is contagious. The Volkswagen Bus represents a culture that we have followed and loved for decades. It seemed only fitting that we tried to share a taste of this culture with others in one of the most beautiful settings in the world, the Finger Lakes. Having over 100 wineries in the area is a huge bonus and always gives us a destination. It isn't always about the destination though, mostly it was the adventure getting there. You do not need to be a Grateful Dead fan to use our service. Our knowledge of the area, wine, and relationships with local wineries over the last 10 years has grown into something that makes us unique and sets us apart from the rest. We love what we do!

Outside of giving wine tours, I enjoy fishing, being in the woods, playing guitar, wine, yard work, grilling, and mostly listening to music. Below is some music that has inspired me at one point - something I've been wanting to make a list of for some time so I can find it easily. This will surely keep growing, feel free to click on a link...
